Q. WHAT QUALITY OF PARTS DO YOU USE FOR REPAIRS?
- Ans. We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.
Q. WILL I GET CHARGED, IF YOU HAVE QUOTED FOR A REPAIR AND I DECIDE NOT TO GO AHEAD?
- Ans. We have a standard cost of Rs 199/- handset that we call as service charge and applicable only if u are agreed to our quotes / terms & conditions. We don’t charge a single rupee to our Customers to diagnose / test / quote for their faulty handset . NOTE: post and packaging not included.

- Ans. We accept all credit or debit cards Netbanking, UPI, Paytm, Phonepe and cash payment.
Q. WILL I LOSE THE DATA ON MY MOBILE / TABLET PHONE?
- Ans. We endeavor to keep all info unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems liquid damage.
